Music For This Year's Field Show
The 2007 - 2008 Nottingham Marching Unit's field show was A Salute
to Santana and there are three musical numbers:
- Everybody's Everything, which featured the Tower of
Power horn section, the first time Carlos Santana used guest musicians,
released as part of his third album in 1971
- Novus, which featured Placido Domingo and was released in 2002, and
- (Da La) Yaleo, from Santana's 1999 album Supernatural,
which won Album of the Year and went platinum 15 times
You can download any of the songs for help in practicing for the
show. They're in WMA format and rather large (two to three megabytes
each), so they may take a while to download:
